January 2009

• 13 DJ's Available Bridal Show - Masso’s
• 15 DJ's Available Bridal Show - Venice Plaza
  SPW Productions works with DJ’sAvailable by organizing Bridal fashion shows. These shows consist of Bridal showcases and Wedding Trade shows featuring local bridal salons and tuxedo shops on the runway

February 2009

• 8 Project Prom-Clearview Regional High School Project Prom was a plan developed by a volunteer parent group, to provide an alcohol- and drug free party for after the prom. SPW Productions has played a significant role in this project producing a fund-raising fashion show, at Clearview Regional High School. The show consisted of the current fashions of formal attire for the upcoming prom season modeled by Clearview students and teachers. The fashion Show was a big success and is planned for February 21, 2010.

• 30 Get in the Game-North Bowl
  SPW Productions worked with Philadelphia Futures and the Philadelphia Phillies on their annual fund-raising bowling and billiards tournament to benefit the Sponsor-A-Scholar Program.
• 30 DJ's Available Bridal Show - Savoy Caterers

May 2009

• 1 Phlash Days at the Independent Visitors Center
• 7 Go Red for Women (Press Party)-J W’s Philadelphia Marriott Downtown
  SPW Productions not only plans special events, but also consults with non-profit organizations such as Go Red for Women, and the American Heart Association for their annual luncheon, red dress competition and fashion show. The event helps support the American Heart Association’s fight against heart disease and stroke.
• 16 Moore College of Art & Design Fashion Show-Aviator Park
  Sharon Phillips Waxman is a member of the Fashion Advisory Board as well as an adjunct Professor, teaching fashion show production at Moore College of Art and Design. Myths & Legends was the theme of Moore’s 2009 Fashion Show. The runway show was held in Aviator Park on the Ben Franklin Parkway; this show gave Moore’s Senior Design students an opportunity to show off their talent and love for fashion.

June 2009

• 5 Go Red for Women (Fashion Show)-Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue
• 14-21 Run for Your Life…Beat Prostate Cancer Exhibit, the Shops at Liberty Place
• 21 Run for Your Life…Beat Prostate Cancer 5K Run/Walk, Philadelphia Art Museum
  The Foundation for Breast & Prostate Health hosts this annual 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk to promote prostate cancer awareness and research. SPW Productions produces this event annually.
• 26-28 Taste of Philadelphia, Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing
  Taste of Philadelphia is produced by SPW Productions as part of the week-long Sunoco Welcome America celebration. Restaurants from the Philadelphia region gather at the Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing to show off their most popular dishes to locals and tourists.

July 2009

• 2 Phlash Days at Franklin Square
• 3 Phlash Days at the Independent Visitors Center
• 31 2nd Annual Philadelphia Marketplace/Airport Food and Shops Fashion Show
  SPW Productions worked with the Philadelphia International Airport again this year by producing the 2nd Annual travel-inspired fashion show in the airport terminal.

September 2009

• 13-20 Phashion Phest Exhibit
  An exhibit promoting the annual fashion event.  This exhibit is on display at the Shops at Liberty Place and seen by 25,000 guests a week.
  
• 18 Phlash Days at the Independent Visitors Center
• 23 16th Annual Phashion Phest-The Delaware Valley’s Premiere Fashion & Beauty Event at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel
  Phashion Phest is the signature event of SPW Productions, now in its 17th year. Phashion Phest is the Delaware Valley’s Premier fashion and beauty event showcasing upscale retailers, salons, accessory boutiques and related businesses.

October 2009

• 12 Southern Wine & Spirits Portfolio Tasting-Loews Philadelphia Hotel
  This years’ portfolio tasting took place at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Center City Philadelphia where 1,200 invited guests gathered to taste Pennsylvania’s finest wine and spirits.
• 15 DJ's Available Bridal Show - The Merion
• 21-22 New Jersey Clean Energy Conference and Leadership Awards Dinner-Atlantic City
  Convention Center and the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel.
  SPW Productions worked with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Parker & Partners and Rutgers University to help connect clean energy leaders to viable solutions for saving energy, by producing a two day conference and awards dinner.
